PanaTeQ 2019
PanaTeQ’s MTCA-RFSOC is a MTCA.4 module based on the Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC device from Xilinx. The Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC integrates a Quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 based Application Processing Unit (APU), a Dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 based Real-Time Processing Unit (RPU) and an UltraScale+ Programmable Logic (PL) in a single device. It also integrates a RF Data Converter Subsystem that provides 8x 12-bit, 4GS/s ADC and 8x 14-bit 6.4GS/s DAC, available on RF front panel connectors.   The first version of the board will be equipped with  a XCZU25DR-1FFVG1517 device tightly coupled to 8GB of 64-bit with 8-bit ECC of DDR4-2400 Processing Memory. 8GB 64-bit of DDR4-2400 is available as the Programmable Logic Memory, allowing data streaming applications signal processing. The MTC4-RFSOC uses the Smart Power Management technology as all PanaTeQ’s boards. A FMC+ VITA 57.4 slot is also available to extend the I/O capabilities of the MTCA-RFSOC module.  A large number of Zynq Ultrascale+ RFSoC peripherals are available on uRTM : DisplayPort 1.2, 4x USB 3.0, 1x SATA 3.1, 2x CAN-2.0B, 2x RS-232/422/485, GPIOs
